Very poor customer Service at the location of Port Bus Authority. We bought the tickets online and when it came time to redeem voucher, there was an enormous line and only two people working. People that bought online had nothing to their advantage, as we had to Wait on same line as other people that did not have tickets and needed info. That does not make sense. We bought online for a reason, to be quicker and less of a hassle because we had 2 small kids. You are better off buying to the Guys on the street that have portable machines. Other than that the Tours were great and well worth it!

Wow!! We had so much fun. We got there for the 8:30pm tour and it was getting ready to rain. This company was prepared. We got panchos and were able to get on the top level. Our tour guide was from Jamaica and kept it lively the whole time. We saw some great sights. Once we returned from the tour, we had admissions to the Empire State Building. We are still talking about how NY was hopping at 11pm, midnight and 1am. We enjoyed every bit of this and would use it again!! Thanks for such a fun experience that we will not ever forget.
