I had a really terrible experience receiving prenatal care here. The wait times were always terrible (once, I waited for over an hour). All the physicians were very rude and rushed. The administrative staff was rude and disorganized. I labored at home for as long as I could and called Dr. Soskin when the contractions were 3 mins apart. I had a contraction while on the phone with her, and instead of listening, I heard her take another call. She didn't give any definitive answer about whether I should go to the hospital or not, so we decided on our own. She didn't arrive at the hospital until after I'd given birth. I was extremely disappointed by this practice.

Dr Viddadi was great. There was a pretty long wait to be seen but once I was seen, the dr was informative and patient and listened to my issues. I'm now waiting over a week for follow up information from them which is too slow in my mind. Otherwise I'd recommend the place. It's very clean and modern and online medical records are great.

DR. SAHANI has POOR BEDSIDE MANNERS!!! NO COMPASSION.
I went to this clinic 2 years ago and saw Dr. Martin who was great and really guided me through my fertility issues by making great recommendations. I went back for a general check and she was no longer there so I saw Dr. Sahani. All i can say about her is that she has very poor bedside manners. I suffer from major hormonal issues and she spoke very rudely to me, blaming me for having PCOS. She said she was being frank but I was just there for a pap smear and I didn't need her input on how I was trying to get pregnant. I had a great reproductive endocrinologist I had been working with. But she felt she needed to give me her opinion on my lifestyle and choices. She made me so bad, I felt like s*** when I left the clinic. I cried on my way home. She pretty much said I was blowing my money by having IVF done and that it would not be successful. It wasn't her place, she wasn't my doctor and she didn't my history. She just needed to do a pap smear.
Well, to let Dr. Sahani know... it was successful. I am 9 weeks pregnant. I didn't waste my money. She should learn to be more positive. Patients like me are already dealing with enough emotionally.

I am pregnant with my first and had a difficult time finding a place to go with all of the negative reviews flying around online. I ended up at CityScape through a referral and to be totally honest, it's been a great experience so far. I have not had any of the experiences I've read about, have always gotten a response when I call with a question and the nurses, front desk and doctors have all been very kind and responsive. I tried some of the other practices downtown, and have to say that I MUCH prefer this one. I think everyone has different experiences, but I would definitely say to give this place a try if you are in the positions I was in .
