Our building has a few very strict rules and insurance requirements; so my Cityproof windows installation was a long and difficult process. Anni and Mike were very responsive; they helped me to show the building management window style and color, and went through a very complicated insurance process. Finally the windows got installed. Thank you Anni and Mike. Job well done.
