I have been here twice in the last year. I had great experience both times no long wait. The only issue I had was they gave me a rapid strep test and it came back negative. Three days later they called me to tell me once they sent the test to the lab which they informed me they were going to do it came back positive. They even were nice enough to call in my prescription to my nearest pharmacy.
Over all I had a great experience and have referred several people with not one complaint yet.

Very nice facility (VERY CLEAN with modern technology), friendly staff and the wait was less than an hour. My daughter had a fever of 103, they ran all the necessary tests and even gave her a rapid flu test. The NP was very knowledgeable and very pleasant (excellent bedside manners). NP even waited until all of my questions and concerns were answered (did not feel rushed); she even asked my daughter if she had any questions, which was a first, my PCP never did that. I would highly recommend Harlem City MD.
