Cameron and Rose, the administrative assistants or PA's, were very responsive and apologetic with my issue. Dr. John Buccellato, prescribed me amoxicillin and gave me a dose while being at his facility after mentioning 3 times that I was allergic to penicillin. As a patient, I was not aware that amoxicillin was penicillin and took the pill with ease. The local pharmacist was the one who pointed out the error, and paranoia over powered my system instantly. The prescription was changed immediately, but when I went back to the facility Dr. John Buccellato clearly stated he did not hear when I reported my penicillin allergy 3 times. As a patient I was extremely concerned, and I think it is very careless on Dr. John Buccellato's behalf to not listen to his patient. In addition, the medical assistant in the room during the examination, B. Patel, did not bring to Dr. John Buccellato's attention regarding my allergy after noting it in the system and happily retrieved the prescription for the doctor. Luckily, my reaction to penicillin was easily controlled with Benadryl; however, I will not be returning to CityMD and I will not recommend the facility to anyone either. Dr. Buccellato? More like Dr. BuccellaNO

Such great doctors and so quick, no real wait time!

Positive experience - I was seen within less than 10 minutes and the staff and doctor were all very professional and caring. Clean and new facility. Test results came back right away. Would go back.

Came in early on a holiday and was treated right away. Both the doctor and the assisting staff were very kind and caring. Would highly recommend them for urgent care.
