This place is absolutely horrible. St Nicholas b/w 181st and 182nd. First the customer service is horrible. The ladies are SO RUDE. They look and act like they do not want to be there. Also they talk to each other in their language and it is SO obvious they are talking about you. I went there for a simple eye brow thread and she cut a quarter of my eyebrow off. Literally there is a CHUNK missing. In addition when I questioned her about the chop she proceeded to say no I did not, your eyebrow was like this, blah blah blah. SO RUDE and I will never be back. I cannot imagine the service of this place.
