City World Hyundai

DO NOT GO HERE!!! They are liars and will waste your time!! We went in last night and spend over an hour solidifying a final price for a 2013 Hundai Accent Hatchback GS. I told them I didn't want to test drive the car until I was given a final price (including all fees e.g. Tax, registration, etc.) It was late at night, we were tired and they were getting ready to close. It was agreed that I'd return in the morning to test drive the car and take it from there. When we returned in the morning, (the dealership is over an hour away) we test drove the vehicle and came to the decision to purchase the vehicle. Once we came to that decision they raised the final price by $2,000 (20% more after the intial taxes and fees)!!! TRUST ME, you don't want to deal with these people!!!

Went in to buy a car. A price was agreed on that fit my budget, after waiting 6 hours the finance manager gave me a price 200 dollars above budget. Wasted 6 hours for nothing. Never visit this place. Didn't even offer water.

I recently purchased my car here. I did a trade in in January. I was able to get a good deal however, the customer service is not the best. Its now February and I have a past due amount because the trade in hasnt been payed off by hyundai. Im very dissapointed with the service.

I recently purchased a 2016 hyundai elantra. I was very pleased with the service at the dealership. Quick and easy. The staff was very accommodating. Jose Blanco and Richard Abreau were a great help.

I brought my mother here to purchase a car and low and behold I left with a new car too!! They were friendly, professional, and accommodating. Cesar worked overtime to meet the budget I had and made it possible for me to obtain my first new car!! My salesperson, Kareem, was knowledgeable of rates, and discounts and was great with following up. He even contacted me during his vacation, when I needed information!! I will definitely be back. I am recommending them to all my family and friends.
