City Prime Realty was a nice change of pace from my usual apartment hunting. Daniel and Martin helped me find a selection of options in the upper west side that were within my price range. The team was always punctual and helpful as I looked at apartments and weighed my options. They offered advice and insight that helped me decide on an awesome 2 br for $3000. I love my new apartment, and I am so thankful for their commitment to making the process easy and pain-free for me.
I was very pleased with their one-month fee, and I would definitely work with Daniel and Martin again. I would recommend City Prime Realty to anyone who is tired of being frustrated by looking for a place to live in New York.

OK so I was looking for a way to supplement my income so I wanted to try real estate. Daniel said to come in, even though I did not have my license and I could work for him, while I was working on getting it. He told me how I would be able to start making money right away in rentals, but first I would have to take pictures of different properties that he would post online and I would be the agent for these apartments. I reported to work and took pictures of 6 different properties...fabulous pictures with his camera.. that he had me rent from him. Got back to his office and he downloaded the pictures and told me that he was going to post them and never heard from him again!!! renters beware I found that he was posting pictures with incorrect addresses just to have listings..This guy is the worse!! I hope that he rots in hell..

the heating never worked well. con ed was suing city prime bc they had not paid the common area utilities in over a year. Not to mention he will not even respond to my roomate or myself for our deposit refund..two months after we have moved out! we now are forced to take them to court!

P.s I guarantee you that any positive review you find of this company was writted my Daniel or one of his other scum bag inexperienced brokers. Please save yourself the trouble and go ANYWHERE else. Bernie Madoff is more honest than this guy!
