Absolutely horrific.I'm only writing this review because I don't think anyone else should have to deal with such atrocious service or DISCRIMINATION.
I walk in today for the first time without an appointment and say I just want a regular pedicure. They sit me down and put some warm water and the massage chair on. I literally waited for 45 minutes and saw them sitting "well known" customers even though they didn't have an appointment. On three different occasions I called someone over to ask them where my nail technician was and they said "be patient she's coming." At one point, a Caucasian woman dressed In a suit walks in and says "I don't have an appt. and I'm in a rush and I need a pedicure immediately" they sat her down right away and got a technician for her. By the time she was done with her pedicure I was still waiting..
While I was sitting there twiddling my thumbs and trying to be patient I hear all of the nail techs around me making terrible & racist comments about their customers in spanish (not knowing that I like understand every work). I looked at them and said in Spanish "I think it's so disrespectful that this is how you guys treat and speak about your customers." After that, you could hear a pin drop in the place and no one knew what to say. I got up and put my sandals on and said I wanted to speak with a manager. They said she was "busy" so I spoke with whomever else was in charge. I tell her how disgusted I am with the service, the racist comments made in Spanish about the customers, and the wait time. I also mentioned I was going to write this review. Her exact words were "we were busy what do you want me to say? And write whatever you want" I was in shock. All in all, terrible place. If there was a way to give zero stars I would. Spend your money elsewhere.
