Had purchase my lancer here but the customer satisfaction was not there. They tried to cover their employee mistakes but still wasn't really enough. Their service fee are high. Rather go to Acura across the lot or honda for a better deal. Hated the transition i went through for a car here. Or better yet get an american car which i should ve. Ford OR chevy will do better.

WOODSIDE MITSUBISHI SERVICE REPAIRS- I went here to get the recall on my car's airbag fixed. First time I made an appointment and went, the gentleman said he didn't have the part needed for the car is not in store. Went back a second time he says the wait will be long. I said alright and waited over twice the amount of time mentioned on the recall letter, go back to find out that my car is almost fixed but not all the way. I go again, he tells me that my airbag is fixed but doesn't give me a receipt. My dad follows up the repairs. Turns out he LIED THAT MY AIRBAG WAS FIXED and was yelling at my dad saying I never left the car there long enough to fix it and always had a scheduling conflict. DO NOT GO HERE ! My safety was jeopardized by this man and his branch.

I just called the shop minutes ago，and when I asked the exactly type of a car bumper that I need for my car，the saler was totally unprofessional and impatient，he yelled me through the phone and he was so annoyed.I'm not going to the store anyway！Terrible customer service.
