Management will throw you under the bus. They ask you for favors and you comply but, when you need help they give you the middle finger. They favor the unreliable and give hell to the reliable employees. If you are a former police officer who knows the owner, then you get paid well and get benefits and perks. RAISES ARE NON EXISTENT! !!
