City Express Pest Control

City Express services our building, a well maintained pre-war in Mid-town. I hadn't had the opportunity to use them until after new neighbors and following subletting I started seeing a mouse dropping now and then. I began having a BAD experience with mouse (mice??) entering the apartment. I couldn't find the entry hole. I had City Express come help with the situation.

Both the technicians that work with City Express (Rich and Steve) were knowledgeable very helpful in helping control the situation. They did a thorough, careful job, meticulously went through the possible entrance areas. When the baits. powder etc. didn't work after a while, I hired them to do the "rodent control". They combed through the place and found a hard to reach hole that they plugged up. They were patient (I was panicking!), understanding and supportive. That assurance alone took care of half of my anxiety. Best of all, before having them come do the "mouse control" I called 7 other Exterminators in NYC-City Express had the best rates. Friendly staff, Recommend them, highly!
