The worst place ever. I waited for several minutes for BRETT to finay appear. Once he decided to show up he greets me with a what's up and that is all. I give him the proper greeting of the day, introduced myself and he stays silent, ok. So I go ahead and beginning to tell him the things I think are wrong with my vehicle, the entire time he makes no eye contact, he is looking at the computer screen and prints out several sheets of paper, and in mid sentence puts up one finger and tells me to wait. He comes back and says we can't look at your car because your mileage is to high. Thats it. Then he says "we can't look at your engine but what is wrong with your car?" So the entire time while I was first explaining these things to Brett he was just ignoring me looking for a way to shut me up and not look at my car. Don't you think this is something that could have been solved over the phone by simply asking me my mileage on the vehicle while I was setting up the appointment? The ladies who assisted me were really respectful and looked eager to help. The two gentleman I met, Brett and another man I didnt get his name, were absolutely rude and looked like they hate there job and life. Please avoid this place at all cost. Its a shame that these are the people we rely on when we need help. I am a combat veteran and these people made me feel as if I didnt belong and I should get out.

Fantastic service from beginning to end. I'm just starting to learn proper maintenance for the company vehicle and they were very receptive to my needs. I contacted customer service via e-mail and spoke with Sofia Recalde, who helped me every single step of the way. She answered all of my questions in a prompt manner and helped me achieve what I needed. I then took the van in and was helped by Mike Schmidt. Prompt, professional, but not afraid to laugh at my corny jokes.
Overall, a very refreshing experience compared to all of the other places I've tried.

Worst experience ever. Don't go. I took my car in to get a headlight fixed they took 8 hours to change a bulb and it burned 2 days later. I re scheduled an appoiment and they kept car a whole entire day for that and said it wasn't gonna be ready till the next day meaning they hadn't even cheked what was wrong, didn't hear anything from them so I decided to call and the receptionist transferred me over to the advisor knowing that he wasn't at he's desk, I kept calling to find out what happened and she didn't even pick up the phone just transferred to whoever heard it and decided to pick it up.
