This place almost caused a huge problem between the person who sent it and I. I was an arrangement sent from Italy. First, the flower arrangement was the wrong one. And the worst part is that the message was so inaccurate and it has nothing to do with me... I almost exploded of anger as I was reading the message. I don't like to rate stores and write comments about it but it almost caused a huge problem between two people that "love" each other.

Over-priced and very poor quality. This guy charges $6 for a single rose that is half-dead. You can find a whole bunch of good roses for $10 within a few blocks, eg at 76th St and York Ave.

Always reliable and professional. Beautiful arrangements, the best around.

I will never go to another florist in NYC again.

RUDE RUDE RUDE!
My boyfriend ordered a same day delivery flowers for me on Friday. Paid over $80 with rush delivery charges of $15. He called to make sure it gets delivered on Friday, the man was super rude and hung up on me. I never got the flowers on Friday. On Monday a guy from the flower shop called to tell me they were going to deliver on Monday without even an apology. I told him I don' t want the flowers and he was very rude and told me that's not something I can decide. Terrible customer service. Not only are they expensive, they have the worst attitudes. It was supposed to be a nice surprise from my boyfriend, but instead gave us a headache.
