Citibank

3 ATM Citibank which is not well maintained, dirty, air conditioning was not working well either. I prefer a full service branch but I needed cash quick and this one was the closest one in the area.

It is pretty cramped too compared to other branches, not the best one I have been in but probably on the bottom of the list of being one of the worst.

Horrible location the bakers are not professional at all i came it at 4pm i was told by a man i will be seen shortly i was seen at 5 by a woman that asked me am i waiting for something ..... Clearly she was unaware i was even there then im told to open my account i need proof of address which they could of told me in the beginning. When i was asked why am i here in the bank today and i said reopen my account. To add insult to injury i then ran out the bank grabbed proof of adress went back in 1 min and was told sorry you have to wait untill minday were offline . or go to another location. Down the block they close at 5:30 when infact it was allready 5:30 please understand the anger and frustration this isnt a bitter review im being ad professional as i can bank needs a rehaul thanks
