Totally bad! Omnia Ibrahim (branch manager) and Milagros Velez (asistant branch manager) just promise. Their favorite word is "should". I submitted form for IRA and did not receive anything within 10 days! 2 days earlied i went to bank to find out what is status - IRA dept even did not receive / review my application! Fidelity can deal with it such case within 10 mins. Omnia promised me she will personely take care of my case and be watching it - she went out for over week and did not forward my case to anyone there! Milagros - very loud and big mouth over phone! Totally fail! When I told them I want to cancel my application and want them to sign on it as proove - they denied to do this! That's good I have everything recorded. If you have to go there, make sure you have voice recorder active to have proof of conversation and oral agreement!!!!!
