This is a very badly organized Citibank. It is routinely understaffed and they seem to rotate all of the experienced and good tellers out. The management is not helpful and not willing to step in to assist customers. They have a lot of people in the customer service dept. that seem not to be doing very much. I go out of my way to not have to go to this citibank. In my opinion it has really gone downhill lately.

The staff on 111 street is ridiculous, they don't try any effort to help you out. Zero effort. I've been a loyal costumer with Shitibank for 10 years and they didn't even loan me 1000$, I was coming to bank for the last two weeks EVERY DAY! They have a girl who speaks Spanglish there, with a brain size of a bean. She just nods and don't care.
