My new employer pays with her business check once a month to me from citibank in valley stream, and while they REFUSED to cash this check, knowing their clients new business, knowing she had more than suffice funds in the account, the woman manager there was rude and very unprofessional! Never making eye contact at all!!! The long beach branch was the ONLY branch willing to cash the check with a smile and great professionalism! They now will be getting me as a new client, as Citibank in valley stream almost lost my business as well as my employers who has been with them for over thirty years!
