I recently had a very bad experience at the Park Slope branch and considered closing my account. Then I remembered a good experience I had when I visited the Myrtle ave branch. It was not a fluke. Onec again the staff there were EXCELLENT! Thank you so much for your help.
It it because of you I am still banking with Citi.
