Tellers are very nice and efficient at this branch.

I have read really bad reviews regarding this bank, but when i personally went their to open a bank account i was well received by Katherine Viteri-miranda, the hospitality she showered was appreciated. Do visit the bank with out any negative thoughts. People are very friendly who work over there.

Worst banking experience I've ever had. Some of the issues include: (i) prepare to spend multiple hours sitting in the branch to open a business account, (ii) they never answer the branch phone, (iii) they froze my new account with zero explanation - I found out once notices started coming in from services we pay for, (iv) although I was told it would be sent, no debit card or checks was ever placed by the bank -- I had to call and order everything three weeks after opening the account, (v) every time you need to go to this branch it will cost you $10 to park and (vi) finally, make sure you bring more than the articles of formation, corporate resolution, IRS EIN notice and your drivers license -- it's not enough, they will require more documentation.

The kicker is that I have already had a business account with them for five years -- this was a second business account for a new company I started. It's no exaggeration, this is easily the worst banking experience I've ever had.
