Only banker was talking to a guy about baseball for half an hour and letting customers wait in line and letting the line build up. Horrible customer service.

My son has had three company payroll checks drawn on Citibank. Each time he has gone in to cash his paycheck there has been a problem and Citibank has refused to cash these company checks drawn on their own bank. Not very encouraging.
