Citibank

Ever since Brian was promoted over to Financial several years ago, the Branch has never been the same. But the other negative Reviews seem to extreme. Just saying....

They refused to take any questions I had

Lack of transparency. Literally, blatantly dishonest managers-- who 'leverage the past against customers'.
One's current and/or future business dealings/interactions are jeopardized severely in both morally and legally unfair manners.
Essentially, any mistakes (that occurred on their [citibank's] end no less,) leads this branch to judge, disrespect, and disregard the innocent customer/client.
If 0 stars was (or less) were an option for this review, I would have to give a rating of negative 5.
This branch is a case in point example of what is wrong with the American banking system in 2015.
The manager/supervisor, named 'Marie',
LITERALLY admitted that her ~"ego was [her] motive", for what was essentially sabotaging and metaphorically stabbing a 10-year customer of this branch. I witnessed this first hand, and recorded a 20-minute conversation, during which 'Marie' circumvented helping my friend (the 10-year customer,) in EVERY way, shape, and form...And over the duration of this horrific exchange admitted more than once that "if this customer had gone into another branch, she wouldn't have had a problem." Also -- verbally admitted that her ego (the branch manager's) was a factor in essentially and very truly sabotaging a 2-day 'in branch' ordeal---
said ordeal was in reference to a 10+ day Citibank error costing the client/customer of 10 years a very large sum of money.
I would go on if I didn't have to vomit just thinking about this all.
Read this carefully before ever stepping foot in this branch... And it seems like there are nothing but other (previous) horrible reviews for this location / branch --- I haven't even read them yet...

I went here and they are still close. I lost my time for no reason.

As another reviewer said, "This branch does everything it can to harass its customers". I came to pay my MasterCard, with cash, as I did hundreds of times before, at different branches. They, led by branch manager, harassed me for 10 minutes, at least, asking for my s.s. number, my drivers license..., with other customers waiting in line for this stupidity to be completed. When I complained about waste of time and ridiculous procedure, manager "explained" that it was that branch's trial program !!! I sure will never go there again, although it is near my new residence. So, they can work at nice, leisurely pace. Maybe, this is what all that was about...
