Doesn't deserve a star, they all suck, opened an account any the lady said "all the info is online". Rude and unprofessional.

This is the worst branch ever. I am not a racist, however I hate when foreigners come here and act as though they are better than Americans. I had the worst experience dealing with this branch. I wanted to go as far and say Citibank period is horrible, however they were actually helpful. It was just this particular bank that treated me like i was less than. The assistant manger was not helpful at all. She talked down to me and refuse to resolve my issue. I wild never use this branch again.

By far the slowest bank I've been in. 20 minutes to make a simple deposit. Makes no sense.
