"WORST BRANCH OF CITI BANK EVER ".I am feeling lucky I dont have any personal account in this bank.I receive my scholarship money threw CUNY CITI BANK CARD. I am using this card to purchase and withdraw money for last 3 years. I never had any kind of problem with that. But even through I had my state ID and SSN with me the bank teller didnt make me withdraw my money. And I was told my state id has my middile name initial but my bank card dont and thats why I cannot use this card . I have to call CITI GROUP , change my name on my bank card and then come back to her in order to withdraw my own money from my own bank card.In fact she not nice at all. I am a banking student. Any bank cannot do it to its customers. I as a customer really DONT appreciate it. Thank you.
