Long lines and customer service makes you wait for too long. They have 2 bankers that are supposed to help and average of 15-20 people who have to share 4 chairs till your # is ready to ask a question.
It's a small bank and not worth my time. There are plenty of banks that can assist you.
Even closing my account took 2 visits because I just couldn't wait the 90 min!!!
It doesn't matter the day or time-just note bring a book or something to occupy your time or don't go here.
