Citibank

I like Citibank. Mostly because I used to work there, and they gave me a great account. But I walked to this location on a Saturday, and it was a mob. Someone might think there was a run on the bank! It was like a concert venue, packed.

I just kept on walking even though I had pressing business to take care of. Maybe the lines won't be as long on Monday.

Update: Went in on Monday. No lines. Still took about 10 minutes to be seen by a banker. She was nice enough, though unable to start a new account for me (because I didn't have proof of my new address) even though I've been banking with Citibank for years.

EXCELLENT BRANCH, CARING SERVICE ESPECIALLY THE MANAGER.

Horrible service!!! Always long line. Had to close my accnt. More decent ones are in Manhattan only. Had to come here only because needed to print out statement from 5 years ago.

Unfortunately, CitiBank locations are very few. Thus, this CitiBank is the most convenient to me. But for some reason there are many customers and the tellers are not enough. I avoid that line but even for ATMs it's still a big headache.
