As a resident of Coney Island and customer of Citi bank I really do not appreciate how they deal with the neighborhood since the flooding.they left us stranded when they could have set up ATM's,instead of having us going all over the place and being charged to use other sources. P.S.Chase setup shop on the outside,business as usual .just saying.
