Beautiful building, well maintained. The unit my girlfriend and I rented was problematic though. It was FREEZING in the winter time, we had to wear jackets & sweaters inside the apt. The owner was slow, very slow in getting the problem repaired. We finally got fed up and moved to Dixon Mills Condos in Jersey City when the lease was up. I recommend Citadel, just research the individual condo owners & their units before you sign a lease here. Not all the owners maintain their condos the same.
