Cisco's Premier Dj's

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! I took the cheap way (or cheaper way) and booked Cisco's Premier thinking I would save a few bucks versus an Elite Sound Entertainment, etc. Worst mistake I ever made. All of the signs were there too. Denise (owner) returned about 1 out of every 10 calls I placed to her and typically got back to me two or three days after leaving several voicemails. When I called to tell her how terrible the DJ was she defended him and told me that everything I saw firsthand didn't happen and that I was mistaken, while she wasn't even there. I gave my DJ a two-page list of songs/artists that we wanted to hear and heard only a handful of these requests. All the guy had to do was make a playlist and hit play on his iPod. The DJ (Tony) was asked repeatedly to stop playing old 80's music and play what we asked him to, and to stop playing MC/Sir Mix A lot and coming out onto the dance floor. I didn't want a corny wedding where the DJ gets on the microphone every two seconds, and told him that in advance. Well, apparently he had selective hearing and decided to embarrass me at a $50,000 wedding. Furthermore, the mother of the bride tried to talk to him about playing some better music and was dismissed after speaking to her in a very unprofessional tone. I have literally had nightmares while on my honeymooon about how terrible this was. After returning from my honeymoon I called Denise Arcara, owner, to tell her about how our night had went. (God forbid she actually call her clients to make sure everything went well). I told her what I'm telling my readers now, thinking she would apologize and maybe offer to return some of the money we shouldn't have paid them in the first place. Instead, I was told that everything I had seen/experienced wasn't true and that I would not get any money back. Sounds like she needs the money more than I do. I suggest that you avoid this place at all costs. I would bet $1M that my 8-year old nephew can do better than this place in his sleep. I promise you that everything I have stated above is 100% true and accurate. Please do not make the same mistake I did!
