It's a great experience . Most of it is in spanish but you still have fun . Every year there is something new . This is why I love to go every year it's like a tradition to go every year .

Horrible customer service! I got free tickets thru a friend which included 4 ppl. 2 adults 2 kids. I went with my 15 yr olds & couldn't see the show bc a kid for them is considered under the age of 10. So basically they rather stay with the money then accommodate us. Bc of course the ticket specifies no return or exchange so they rather us leave without seeing the show. After we traveled from Manhattan to Queens. Very unprofessional.
