Amazing caring staff! Clean and beautiful place. I love the Tottenville location staff is very attentive and very friendly and caring! I recommend this place over the emergency room any day!

The staff is really nice, maybe 15 minutes or less on waiting time , clean place. They have good doctor . Nothing bad to say about this place . I was there on August 30,2015 and today I got a phone call from them to ask me how I feel.

Some people have never sat in the ER for 36 hours to be given some medication and sent home. Some people have never sat in a doctor's office for 6 hours where you've been a patient for 9 years and you don't seem to matter. This urgent care understand the meaning of the word urgent. Clean, fast, efficient. I recommend hands down.

The staff were very professional and caring. Wait time was under 10 minutes. PA and others taking my vitals and easing my anxieties were superb. Next day follow up phone call to see how I was doing was a very welcomed change from what other professionals should be doing.
