They aren't rude they treat you nice. Their cigars are rotated and always fresh never got a bad cigar from cigar vault.

Enormous humidor, full of top shelf smokes. Very comfortable lounge with great ventilation. The prices are slightly above average, but you're paying for more than the cigar, you're paying for the atmosphere. The staff is very helpful, hospitable. Always a good time.

I enjoyed a relaxing time, smoking an excellent cigar and chatting with a good friend, Dr. Sal T. Prices were right for the selections.

Really nice looking store..but that's about it. Their prices are too high, I don't always want to buy a 10 dollar cigar. They think you are gonna steal and the guy hovers over you the whole time.
