actually some people are rude to the sellers and make then get all confused by making different decisions and talking to much.I go to Cici boutique and they are very polite and helpful and their prices are just as the other boutiques or a little less no big difference.

After ordering a wedding dress online from China that did not fit, I found myself running around trying to find a replacement. Jenny was very pleasant and took the time to help me find a dress from her catalogues and assured that I wouldn't be disappointed with the quality.
Less than a week later I had the dress and I was very pleased. I also purchased my daughter's dress there and was very pleased. Jenny went above and beyond, in fact, she even altered dresses I purchased for my other child, mom and my ceremony dress for me.

this place is garbage terrible service! be very careful if you are planning on doing business with them. my nightmare with cici boutique started a few months back. They showed me a dress in store that i wanted for my bridesmaids. they told me that the dress came in gray. i ordered two dresses and gave a deposit of $200. one month past and they never contacted me. i called them and the told me they actually never placed the order. i was very calm with them and gave them so more time to order the dresses. finally one week later they contact me to tell me the dresses have arrived. excited as very bride is to receive her bridesmaids dresses, i quickly gathered my bridal party and went to the shop. when i saw the dress i almost had a heart attack. they were not gray at all the dresses were WHITE! i was so upset. after speaking with the manager who was very nonchalant i was told that the dress actually never even came in gray and i was given the wrong information. i was so heated i just wanted my money back. TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE THE MANAGER TOLD ME THAT THEY WOULD NOT GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK ONLY STORE CREDIT! DO NOT SHOP HERE! SUPER RUDE AND TERRIBLE SERVICE.
