One of the best boxing gyms in NYC everyone is extremely friendly, great classes offered along with a full schedule showing the times of them. Trainers are all great and extremely experienced. If you ever want to learn how to box or just get a great workout this is the place to go for both beginners and experts.

Seemed to have a sub who taught the class that I attended and it was not very organized. He was coming up with exercises to do on the spot and some of it was not conducive to the crowded class. However, I did still get a decent workout, even if it was all over the place.

the best boxing gym in New York...Jenaro has really made the gym a special place for boxers at all levels...awesome trainers....Steve "Scrap" Mandolfo might be the best kept secret when it comes to trainers...the guy is unbelieveable...I've been in gyms for over 30 years and have trained with a few good trainers..but Scrap is the best...he eally takes you to another level whether you are a beginner, intermediate or advancedr

You might think it is a joke, but at least one of the trainers here insults people and curses at them. They even have a video of it on line and this is how they actually treat you at this gym. I admit I have no boxing experience and I probably am way out of shape and not coordinate. But I paid money to improve my situation, not to be treated badly. This is very poor customer service on their part. They lost a client
