This architect doesn't know anything about design and is clueless in planning. Also, he lied to me that work will be done in a month and is been over 2 and half months now. They don't care if they are late and don't care about customer service. I would stay away from this architect. He does the work cheap but that's what you get for the price he gives. If I knew this architect was so horrible at everything I would never hired them and now I am stuck with this guy until he finishes my design since he already took half of the money. If you somehow choose this guy because of the price be prepared to tell him how to draw the plans and how many rooms would fit, sizes, roof, etc.If you not a builder and are clueless in architecture than you are pretty much screwed with the design they give you. Also be prepared to wait a long time. I wish that I could give 0 stars is what he deserves.

horrible horrible!! 1980 style, if you go in he's office you get a cancer , so much smoke. 2014 still no credit card machine , cash only!!. are your kidding me? ??
