Chuck E. Cheese's

I went there with my daughter on a weekday. It was almost empty. There are only 2 people working, so they could not perform the dance show @2:30 and 3:30. Other than this we had fun.

I was bored at home, so I went to Chuck E Cheese. This time, I wanted to go to a new Chuck E Cheese's. So, I decided to go to one in North Bergen. The main reason I wanted to go here is because I passed by here in 2007 or '08 but I didn't go in. The other reason is because it is a classic CEC location that opened in 1993(just like Edison). One thing I noticed is that they had checkers. Checkers are from the early 90s and I haven't seen them at a Chuck E Cheese's location in years! I went in, and it was pretty small, for some reason I don't have a problem with small locations. However, as stated many times: DON'T GO HERE ON WEEKENDS! It's going to be packed and you can barely play any games. The food was decent, I actually really liked the cheese pizza even though I'm not a "cheese pizza fan". This location had the classic 1-Stage with Chuck and his band on it. The show was in great condition and "not-so dirty". Despite the kids trying to jump the animatronic Chuck E and them calling him freddy, this really was a pretty good location. This would have been 4 stars but here was the bad things: The kids were trying to damage the animatronics(I'm like a nerd at animatronics, for a weird reason I really like them)which costs money to fix, The kids calling Chuck E Freddy when they clearly do not look the same, and this location just isn't that great to deserve 4-5 stars. That doesn't mean I'm saying,"DON'T GO HERE" or "WORST PLACE EVER!" just saying it's not that great to deserve, "Fantastic store" or "Best place ever!". 3/5 stars

horrible experience!!!! all thanks to the hostess we had who seem very lazy and wasn't interested in doing her job at all !!! I feel very disappointed to have celebrated my child's birthday at this location pretty much all I can say she did for the 2 hours was serve our food and cut the cake didn't even bother to ask if we needed anything! morel like I kept asking her for certain things and she just wouldn't pay attention she served us 3 pitchers of drinks and didn't refill them not once throughout our party after I asked her multiple times to please do so I went and did it myself eventually I also asked her for plastic bags for the piñata she told me to go get them at the front please remind me why is she there again? on top of that there was no other party going on ours was the only one at that time so its not like it was busy! the whole bad service with serving my guest was her fault but then also I come to find out they messed up my order for the food they served the adults food first and then about 30 minutes later the kids pizza comes out!!! when that's suppose to be the first thing how do you mess up my order chuck e cheese when you guys call multiple times to confirm the reservation for nothing!!!!!! my guest were disappointed no doubt about that it wasn't just me and that's what gets me pissed off! you guys need to really double check who your hiring you need people who are there to do their job the way its suppose to be I did tell one of the managers about my bad experience she apologized and gave me a guest pass for my next visit I appreciated it but that doesn't make my child's birthday party any better to top it off today, the day after the party I realize that they didn't give us the collectible cups per child when I got the star package that included one per child! horrible!!!!!!!!! this is my second time doing a birthday party at this location my first was an awesome time we had a really good hostess but this last time has made me realize I will never do a birthday party here again ill be visiting for my child to play but not for a reservation !!!!

This place is disgusting i was just there yesturday some lady that works in the kitchen REALLY BLEW HER NOSE RIGH BEFORE GOING IN THE KITCHEN AND PUT THE TISSUE IN HER POCKET AND TOOK A ORDER TO A TABLE HORRIBLE I LOOKED AT HER AND SHE KNEW AND STILL DIDNT CLEAN THEM . FUNNY THING ITS THAT IT WASNT THE FIST TIME I SEE THAT HAPPEN THATS WHY I TOOK MCDONALD'S FOR THE KIDS AND GUESS WHO ASK ME NOT TO BRING FOOD FROM OUTSIDE TO EAT THERE THE DISGUSTING LADY LOL... THAT PLACE NEEDS REAL CLEAN PEOPLE THAT REALLY CARE ABOUT OTHERS AND BTW YEAH THE GAMES ARE OLD RUSTY AND BARELY WORKS
