Have been here three times and each time the food order takes over an hour to arrive with numerous enquiries and reminders to check on our food. Not practical with young kids who are hungry. Never again. They care more about food for the parties than the customers that order.

This is by far the worse place i have ever visited. How do you have every game and the jackpot is 4 tickets. How is that challenging? How is that fun? Then adults get into a fight over a game, then people walk in smelling like weed. This is suppose to be a family place.

This place is too crowded and some of the kids are not well behaved. My friend's toddler fell when he was pushed by another kid. His mother even after seeing the incident kept talking on her phone. The staff were too busy to control the crowd.

The Manager Tauren, Alysa, and Staff are Awesome, Attentive, and Energetic. I love the new Whip It NaeNae dance that
Chuck E. Cheese does with the kids. I also love the SKATE UNIVERSE game App. I won 1,000 free tickets towards the gift shop just by simply playing a free game. *****
