The same issue happened to me with them regarding financing. They told me my credit was 686 and that is why my interest rate was 11%. I was a bit shocked becuase the previous year my credit was 715. I signed the papers and off I went. A few weeks later my personal bank sent me a letter stating my credit was 701. And, like the previous poster, the manager swore if I made my payments on time I can lower my interest rate. The day of the sale, the saleman promised he would fax all the paperwork Geico needed as far as insurance. This was including bill of sale and the window sticker. He never faxed it. A month later Geico sent a letter to me stating they needed this info. My husband called the dealership, they faxed me the bill of sale but stated they did not have the window sticker. I called again last week and MIKE, the "manager" stated that they did not have it, I had it. I told him I never had it. The salesman never gave it to me. I explained that if they did not fax it to me, Geico was going to cancel my insurance. He told me the "fastest and easiest" way to resolve the issue was for me to get a physical inspection of the car. I told him that I should not be held responsible for their error. After getting snippy and rude, he took my number and NEVER called me back. I filed a complaint with the better business bureau and think I may file another one regarding financing. Today, I received an email from Geico that I have 5 days to get the inspection done because I never sent the window sticker. I will never use this dealership, nor recommend them to anyone. They are rude, sheisty, and shady. DO NOT GO HERE!!!
