The veal Christine is the most amazing dish I've ever had and Ron is the best restaurant owner out there , making the customer feel very important and always throws in a appetizer showing his customers appreciation for coming to his restaurant

Me and my wife had a night out without the kids and our original reservation was not honored by Copper Canyon (very unprofessional on their part), so we ended up dining at Christine's. Let's just say everything worked out for the best. Ron, the owner, was extremely friendly and accommodating. The whole staff was amazing! The food was great and the portions were HUGE. We had the veal meatball appetizer and it is out of this world. For entree I had the Chicken Danielle and it was so, so good. We are so happy that we came upon Christine's and as we told Ron when we left, we will dine their often in the future. One of the best restaurants in Monmouth County!!

My family enjoyed a fabulous experience at Christine's. Ron, the owner and chef could not be more accomodating. My gransddaughter's Christening was an outstanding success. My family and friends RAVED about the food.The dining experience was compounded by the fabuluous service with Desi heading up the waite staff. Everyone felt at home in such a comfortable atmosphere!! Thank-you again!!!
