I recently dropped my dog off, I was very specific how I wanted my dog cut and the staff still managed to mess it up. I even wrote down everything on paper and gave it to them, but they ignored those instructions and did as they pleased. I personally know the owner and she could care less about the quality.Suprised this dump is still open!!

I had a Groupon appointment set for this morning at 10:30 AM for my ShihTzu. After a miscommunication for the scheduling appointment on their side, saying I was supposed to be there at 10:00 AM, I was adamantly denied service because of the 30 minutes. It was an error on their scheduler and to be blamed as a first time customer for their error, I am appalled with the lack of general customer service. To be sent back home after a 45 minute car ride to get there, and nothing at all to accommodate me as a newcomer, is distressing. I will be getting my refund through Groupon and not returning.

These people are the best. I have a tri color rough collie, Guy, I take him there an they have done repeatedly the best job of grooming my dog. I go to pick him up and he is relaxing on the floor, Great job done by great people.
