Best shish kebab in NYC. This is my family's favorite restaurant. I can see how the menu can be intimidating if one doesn't know what to order. Given that most of their customers speak Russian, the menu being confusing is understandable.

extremely unfriendly staff.. poor knowledge on the menu , rude and hostile environment. When asked for the owner or manager I got ignored 3 times. Will never come back here...places like this must shut down permanent. Can't believe how rude is their staff.
