The food here is priced reasonably well and is ready in a timely fashion, too bad the actual food is not that great. I truly wish there were better, and more, kosher chinese restaurants in the area so that I do not need to go to Chopstix every time I want chinese.

The food is always great, always fresh and tons of it. I almost always get it delivered and it comes within an hour. It once came in under 25 minutes.

For the second time on a Friday, Chopstix has not delivered my Shabbos order, and now for the second time my family is left without Shabbos food one hour before Shabbos.
Both times this happened, I called Chopstix asking them when they would be delivering my order, and both times they claimed the food was on its way. The food never arrived and I was charged.
Chopstix never apologized or gave me a refund. Now that this has happened again, I will no longer be ordering from here.
