Cyber abuse is something that needs to be taken serious and these people don't. They have a very limp wristed policy regarding consequences when somebody on their network attacks another server. This means they have you wait 24-48 hours to have the customer respond to the charge.
I understand there needs to be protection against baseless charges, but when the evidence is clear that an attack is going on they need to intervene and THEN give the customer a chance to explain themselves. That's how IP addresses get blocked. When that customer leaves them they are still blocked in firewalls (a measure I usually avoid FOR that reason) and this is a disservice to subsequent customers. We need to learn as NetCitizens to properly behave and as companies to work TOGETHER in stopping this kind of malicious behavior from occurring.
Rather than giving me the ability to speak to those who make policy (and in fact they hung up on me twice!) I am posting this here so that people will be aware what kind of organization this is. Perhaps it would serve them write to block their entire network and submit this to block lists so that others don't suffer this organizations incompetence in drafting proper abuse policies. That seems however like a Denial of service to their future customers so let's be more reasonable this way.
