Choice Home Warranty

This company does not pay claims as stated. Each time you call, you have to wait 20 minutes, tell your story, get transferred to another department, wait another 20 minutes, tell your story all over again. I will NOT be renewing with them. They sent out a company for AC trouble who set off my sprinkler system and flooded six units in my building so I fired them and rehired someone else. They would not pay the claim because I didn't contact them before I hired someone else. I had already gone on almost 3 weeks of 92 degree temperature in my home in late June in Florida and I was supposed to wait and go through bureaucratic BS with them. I don't think so!! Save your money and aggravation and chose another home warranty company.

Terrible coverage.called twice for same issue on MY 1YR. OLD ac and now my sh $! S broke and will not cover anything. CON Artists at 100 degrees outside. Cheap deductible means nothing for THESE con artists. Read YOUR contract carefully as they will cover merely nothing. Avoid this scam, SCAM, SCAM.

Update: Stay as far away from this company as possible! I am currently looking into legal options. They will not honor my warranty, and I'm not the first, and I probably won't be the last. Turn to BBB information about this company, they're rated C+ with them, that should say a lot!!

Going on 4 months of malfunctioning A/C and I had to pay for my own technician to come out and diagnose the problem. After sending CHW his assessment report, including diagnosis, 2 days ago, I'm waiting on a reply I was told would come within 24 hours. Their customer service stinks, the technicians they contract out to stink, and they're incredibly difficult if they know a unit is old. So beware. I do not plan on renewing my warranty with them this fall.

I made a total of two calls, one to file a claim. Customer rep was very courteous and cared about my concern she immediately took my requestwithin thirty minutes off the phone. I was in touched with a great repair company. The repair workers of the repair company was well represented, very friendly and did a great job. I would call them even refer them to a friend. Job well done thanks again and again. I didn't give the name of the company. I know who it is and will remember them and request that company if every the situation arise again.

Do not sign up with this company!!!!!
they are rip off artists.
Nothing is covered.
Also repair technician came to our house reeking of beer.
And had the audacity of offer us a beer while trying to fix our problem unsuccessfully.
had no clue.
In the end had to end up paying for a repair tech outside of their contract and had to get our washer repaired.
there are much better services out there.
Again, Do NOT sign up with this company.
we regret our decision to do so and hope this helps anyone else.
