Very good Japanese restaurant own by Japanese, used to be call the taste of Tokyo since 1979 on 13 th street. House special salad dressing is delicious and all u can drink sake $ 10 per person is popular also some times all u can eat sushi roll is great..

There is only one reason to go to Cho Cho San, bottomless sake for 10$. The food I hear is also pretty good.

My favorite Japanese restaurant in the Village... For years! The food is excellent, service wonderful and atmosphere great. I bring all my friends coming through New York City....and all new neighbors who move into my building

Very good sushi, service and bottomless sake! I had some perfectly prepared edamame as an appetizer and enjoyed their bottomless house sake for $10 while waiting for my friend. This may have colored the rest of my experience as I was pretty well into the sake by the time she arrived.
I enjoyed a yellowtail & scallion roll as well as an eel & avocado roll. They were both very good.
Service was quick and friendly.
If you are in the area and crave sushi, check it out!
