I was suffering with Migraine headaches everyday for a month. Went to my physician who wanted me to have an MRI with contrast. I did not want to have this test and started to investigate my symptoms on the Internet I suffer also from TMJ and realized that I could be having migraines because of this issue. the Internet suggested I seek chiropractic care and then I asked some friends if they could recommend someone and I was recommended to see Dr Lou Schimmel. I was a bit apprehensive at first as I had never been to a chiropractor before but I was in so much pain I was desperate for help. After two visits my migraines were gone and my neck and back pain are minimal. My TMJ which is one of the most painful things ever is almost completely gone! I have only been going to The Chiropractic Center at Styertown since mid August and I feel so much better. Living with daily excruciating pain is very stressful and my stress was making my pain worse! Dr Schimmel spoke to me about ways to reduce my stress and even suggested some reading material that might help! When I first went into the office in the beginning I would b in tears from the pain. After my adjustments I would leave the office a new person, relaxed and pain free! It's truly a miracle! I believe God performs miracles everyday through others and Dr Schimmel is definitely a miracle worker! I am still going for treatment and will continue even after this for maintenance. What a wonderful way to heal people without medicine and who knows what side-effects along with the meds doctors are so quick to prescribe! Don't take medicine when you can go to this office and become pain free naturally! Thank you Dr Schimmel for giving me back my healthy life! You also have wonderful, friendly Receptionists! Thanks again for all you have done for me and now my husband who has just started for his hip and knee pains! After only two visits he is also feeling so much better! He no longer has to take numerous over the counter pain relievers! Thank God we found your office!!
