The seats are hard. The food is alright.

New location 3*, New Crew 4*, Limited Seating 2*, GRAB TO GO SPEED 3*, Taste w/good portions 4*

I know that this location is brand new and that there's been a recent E. coli scare, so there is less traffic, resulting in lettuce and guacamole sitting out longer than it should. However, as a loyal fan, it makes it difficult for me to defend the brand.

Since there are only four tables, I didn't understand why a manager was hiring a new prospect at the largest of the tables. I had to stand around at a barely empty restaurant for a seat to open up.

The service was slow. Lastly, the cashier, despite telling her two times that she overcharged me ($25 for a chicken salad), I had to get a manager to recrify the order.
