4 years ago I would've gave it 4-5 stars but sadly it has degraded to crap. The restaurant itself is like any other chipotle you've been to bar the seating arrangement, and it gets very busy. All the ingredients in each chipotle product have been prepared before they've even been shipped, so of course the food is always the same. So it really doesn't make sense to grade it on this front.
I mean their excessive skimping on food and constantly trying to make shortcuts with any little 'important' thing in the burrito. They put very little meat on every order now, to the point where a double meat burrito today is the equivalent to a regular burrito 4 years ago. I am talking maybe 10~ tiny pieces; I can find more in a cheap hotdog across the street. Despite having to charge extra for guac they even put the least amount possible for that too. I don't know if this is because of incompetent workers or them trying to pinch every penny they can get, but the result is an immensely overpriced meal. They do, however have the nerve to fill it up liberally with rice and lettuce, ingredients which are dirt cheap and give the illusion that the burrito has size.
Normally I wouldn't mind but the fact the price has not only remained high, but has risen more to at least $9 for the smallest possible order makes it inexcusable. This company rakes in billions of dollars every year and tries to cater to young adults with their pathetic, juvenile "nobody should work" poetry in their bags, the least they could do is maintain their proportions. I recommend skipping this one out of principle or buying a double meat order if you are willing to spend (effectively costing you $12~ not even counting drink or potential guac.)
