The lady behind the counter had limited english skills but had some one come over to help me. I am building a closet myself and they were nice and friendly and my order is coming in same day. Can't complain.

Anyone working on a home project would be better served at any number of other hardware stores in the area.

Try Walker Hardware - after I was treated rudely by Chinatown Lumber I took a walk over there and got exactly what I needed (they even cut it for me) and it was A LOT CHEAPER.
