Really like this place.
It's a very quiet, downstairs place, in the Financial District.
I've been here twice so far, and both times the food has been excellent.
Worth mentioning - the prices are very decent for the location (and even overall, I don't consider this place expensive at all for the quality of food it provides).

Good quantity and quality. Although price has gone up by a $ or 2 to keep up.

Just terrible. Bland, flavorless, borderline inedible. I was in the mood for some General Tso's Chicken and stopped in here. They were very quick, and friendly, but man is this food tasteless. Oily, blotchy breading, poorly fried, with nearly raw slices of green pepper with "pork" fried rice (I found two tiny chunks of some kind of meat in the whole heap of rice). The egg roll was just cabbage wrapped up and fried... may as well have ate the bag it came in. I just wanted a little Chinese comfort food...

Basic good Chinese menu. Well cooked. Honest. They also have a Thai menu but the waitress could not understand my quality questions so went China. Good dinner and an easy walk if you near the Fulton Street center.
